Job description:

Main purpose of the role:
Ensure the store€,,s accounts are efficiently and effectively managed at all times.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Minimum 1 years€,, experience in an accounts administrator role

Accounts software experience is desirable

Excellent numerical skills

Strong data entry skills

Strong attention to detail and organised

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Main duties:

Actively live Centra brand-values i.e. Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based

Oversee and manage the store€,,s accounts including accounts with suppliers, customers and third-parties

Manage all invoices

Keep accurate reports on accounts payable and receivable

Identify and address any discrepancies

General administrative duties

Maintain confidentiality at all times.

About the locality:

- We are cuurently recruiting for an Administration/Accounts Assistant to join our team on a fixed term contract (Maternity Cover - Starting September 2025 or earlier)

- Experience is a similar role is essential

- This role would suit a motivated individual who is organised, takes pride in their efforts and is able to carry out a varied number of tasks within their day. This is aTullamore office based role only - remote/hybrid working will not be considered.

- This role is currently a full time role (Part Time will be considered for a suitable candidate)
